Zagreb's central Bana Josipa Jelacica Square has been included among Europe's 20 most beautiful squares in a poll conducted by one of the most popular Belgian blogs "StedenTripper Blog", the Zagreb City Tourism Board said on Monday.

Around 1,000 visitors of the blog were asked to rate squares in European cities, and Zagreb's central square was ranked 20th.

The ranking was topped by Grote Markt in Brussels, followed by Moscow's Red Square, and Stanislas Square in the French city of Nancy.

Among the 20 most beautiful European squares are also London's Trafalgar Square, Munich's Marienplatz, Rome's St. Peter's Square, and Piazza San Marco in Venice. (Hina)
