The three millionth passenger arrived at Zagreb's Franjo Tudjman airport on Tuesday and it is expected that by the end of the year, more than 3.1 million passengers will have arrived at the airport, which is 10% to 12% more than last year, Zagreb International Airport (MZLZ) Management Board President Jacques Feron said.

Apart from the increased annual turnover, Feron told Hina that December was marked by a 10% increase in the number of passengers, one of the reasons being the Advent in Zagreb programme.

"The past two years of the Advent in Zagreb contributed to a large increase in the number of passengers so that this year's success is even greater as are all other business indicators such as hospitality, sales, etc." Feron said.
