Testing shows that bathing water in Croatia is of high quality

Representatives of health institutes and agencies for environmental protection in Croatian counties, on Tuesday gathered in the coastal town of Porec to discuss the program of supervising the quality of sea water at Croatian beaches.

Presenting a report on water quality in 2010, Environmental Protection Ministry official Nevia Kruzic said that testing of sea water along the Croatian coast had been conducted for 20 years.

"All indicators show that bathing water in Croatia has been of high-quality for years," she said. (Hina)
