Teran and truffle festival takes place in Motovun

The 10th edition of the day-long festival of teran wine and truffles was opened in the Istrian town of Motovun by Tourism Minister Grai Cappelli on Saturday. The minister expressed satisfaction with the promotion of local cuisine in this part of Istria.

He congratulated local tourist workers and wine makers for the success of Motovun that has been shortlisted for the European Sustainable Cultural Tourism Award in the Wine Tourism category.

The winners will be announced on 24 October in Granada, Spain.
