A group of ten Serbian journalists are on a four-day visit to the southern Adriatic city of Dubrovnik to get acquainted with local tourist services.  The journalists are expected to visit several hotels and the towns of Ston and Konavle. The visit was organized by the Dubrovnik-Neretva County Tourism Board and the Dubrovnik City Tourism Board following the introduction of a regular flight service between Belgrade and Dubrovnik.

Croatia Airlines will for the first time operate flights between Dubrovnik and Belgrade from June to late September, on Fridays and Sundays, while the Serbian airline JAT will for the first time in 19 years operate fights on this route on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Last year, approximately 3,000 Serbian tourists visited Dubrovnik and made more than 15,000 overnight stays. (Hina)
