A total of 677 visits by foreign cruise ships were recorded in the Croatian Adriatic in the first eleven months of 2018, the same as in the corresponding period of 2017, according to data released by the national statistical office. The ships brought 9.1% more passengers than in 2017, or 1.02 million in total. They spent 1,344 days in Croatian waters, 6.5% less than the previous year.

The vessels sailed under the flags of different countries, most of them flying the flags of the Bahamas (173) and Malta (154).
