Minister: Growth in revenue important indicator of tourist season

According to data from the Tourism Ministry, in the first six months of this year there was 6.6% more revenue from tourism than in the same period last year which, as Tourism Minister Darko Lorencin said on Tuesday in the Starigrad Paklenica National Park, is a very important indicator of how the tourist season is going.

Lorencin was referring to information recently released by the Finance Ministry and Tax Administration which indicate that in H1 this year this sector achieved HRK 9.24 billion in revenue, which is a 6.6% increase year on year. (Hina)
