HTZ promotes nautical tourism, invites 18 influencers and bloggers to tour islands

Eighteen popular influencers and bloggers from nine countries are spending a week in Croatia at the invitation of the Croatian Tourism Board (HTZ), and will tour six Dalmatian islands to be familiarised with Croatia's nautical and tourism offer and natural attractions, HTZ said on Tuesday. HTZ invited the influencers as part of the "Croatia, Full of Islands to Discover" project promoting Croatia as an attractive and quality nautical destination.

The influencers have come from Germany, Great Britain, France, Poland, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Australia and Japan and they will visit the islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis Bisevo, Ravnik and Solta. The will describe their experience and opinions on social networks like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

On the first day of their tour, they were already impressed with what they have seen and their most common expression is that Croatia is a country that leaves you breathless, and are particularly impressed with the crystal clear sea and rich and diverse enogastronomy.

HTZ said that so far this year nautical charters have generated 440,000 arrivals and almost three million overnight stays, which is 2% more arrivals and 4% more nights on the year. (Hina)
