The Andrej Plenkovic cabinet on Thursday endorsed a memorandum of cooperation in tourism with India, which is expected to be signed by Tourism Gari Cappelli during the official visit by Indian President Ram Nath Kovind to Croatia at the end of March.

The memorandum is aimed at stepping up bilateral cooperation, strengthening ties and the existing friendship between the two countries and deepening the overall relations in tourism, which creates a true foundation for cooperation of the two countries' relevant bodies in the tourism sector and conditions for reducing red tape for business deals, Cappelli said at a government session.

The document is expected to be signed on March 26.

The government on Thursday decided to extend the application of the Collective Agreement for the Health Sector and Health Insurance until July 31 and adopted conclusions on launching negotiations on amendments to the Collective Agreement. (Hina)
