​First Croatian Meeting Experience Summit starts in Zagreb

MEETEX, the first ever Croatian Meeting Experience Summit started in Zagreb on Wednesday, bringing together approximately 60 foreign and international buyers i.e. specialised agencies, corporations and international associations. The B2B trade show is organised by the Croatian Association of Congress Tourism Professionals (HUPKT).

HUPKT director Ranko Filipovic said the event was attended by buyers from Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

Filipovic said that the national offer was presented by 72 exhibitors, including 56 from hotel companies, Professional Congress Organisers, Destination Management Companies and tourism boards.

The other 16 exhibitors are companies that provide technical and production services in business tourism. (Hina)
