Croatia to promote its tourism in Brussels on Thursday

The traditional Croatian Tourism Day will be held in Brussels on Thursday, 17 March, with the promotion of Croatia's cultural heritage and tourism, the Croatian Tourism Board reported (HTZ) on Wednesday.

The event has been organised by the HTZ and the Croatian Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium. A press conference and a special dinner for tour operators and travel agents will be held within the Croatian Tourism Day.

More than 103,000 Belgian tourists visited Croatia in 2010, a 10-percent rise compared to 2009, making 545,300 overnight stays, a 7-percent rise on the year. (Hina)
