Croatia's tourist trade being promoted at ITB Berlin

Croatia will present its tourist industry at the world's largest travel trade show -- ITB Berlin -- from 7 to 9 March, the Croatian National Tourist Board (HTZ) reported on Tuesday, underlining great interest from both travellers and business partners.

The HTZ has helped about 20 Croatian travel agencies and tourism companies to participate in the Berlin fair.

The trade show in Berlin is being attended by Croatian Tourism and Sports Minister Nikolina Brnjac and HTZ director Kristjan Staničić who held a press conference together with the director of the HTZ office in Germany, Romeo Dragacchi, and Croatian Ambassador Gordan Bakota. They presented Croatia's tourism results, expectations of this tourist season and news about investments and sustainable projects

During this leading travel trade show in the world, approximately 5,500 exhibitors from 161 countries are promoting their services and products.
