Croatia amongst the most secure destinations of the Mediterranean

One of the most popular German daily newspapers ‘Bild’ published it’s analysis regarding secure tourist destinations. According to them Croatia belongs to the safest countries of the Mediterranean.

Other countries which have also been marked as very secure destinations are France, Greece, Slovenia, Bulgaria and Russia.

Those results were obtained based on information received from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain and the USA.

Spain and Italy were defined as not very secure (danger of possible terrorist attacks) because of their participation in the war in Iraq.

‘Bild’ further stated that countries which were not dangerous because of the threat of terrorism, but seemed to have a very high crime rate were Serbia and Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and the European part of Turkey.
