Easter: Kvarner Region Hosts 10600 Tourists

The Primorje – Gorski Kotar County expects approximately 10600 tourists during Easter time. Those guests will be mostly accommodated at hotels and small family hotels, according to data provided by the county tourist office.

Based on a survey amongst tourist offices, a total of 73 hotels will be open during that time, most of them arriving from Germany, Italy and Austria.
The Opatija Riviera expects 3700 guests, visiting 31 hotels.

The ten hotels of the Island of Krk expect around 1800 tourist and the hotels, camping sites and private accommodation facilities at the Island of Cres expect 900 tourists.

Mali Lošinj will host around 2700 tourists in 10 hotels and the Island of Rab is getting ready to welcome 400 tourists in five hotels.

The Crikvenica Riviera will be visited by 600 tourists at 11 hotels. Novi Vinodolski will open three hotels for approximately 200 tourists.

The area of Gorski Kotar expects approximately 630 tourists; most of them are domestic guests staying at 10 tourist objects and other private accommodation facilities.

Due to forecasts, the city of Rijeka will receive 300 tourists in four hotels.
