Gov't endorses memoranda on tourism cooperation with Bulgaria, Mongolia

The government on Thursday endorsed two memoranda expanding Croatia's tourism cooperation with Bulgaria and Mongolia. The memoranda of agreement were signed between the tourism ministries of the three countries.

Speaking at a cabinet meeting, Tourism Ministry state secretary Tomislav Druzak said one memorandum envisaged the continuation of Croatian-Bulgarian cooperation in a mixed working group established under a 1996 tourism cooperation agreement between the two countries with a view to intensifying cooperation in areas of common interest.

The plan of the memorandum with Mongolia is similar, with Druzak saying Croatia and Mongolia could establish a joint working group for tourism and sports.
